A Site Maintenance Agreement with Centratec will ensure that no matter what goes wrong, and no matter whose fault it is – it gets sorted – promptly and effectively, with the absolute minimum of disruption.
Backup Internet Connection
Every business will have it’s own Internet Provider, but as part of a Maintenance Arrangement with Centratec, we will provide you with a 4G/5G Router providing an internet connection whenever your normal service fails.
Remote IT Maintenance and Fixes
Advances in Internet speeds and security encryption now allow us to remedy many software issues immediately without visiting your premises.
Onsite IT Maintenance and Repairs
There will always be issues where only an on-site visit by a skilled engineer can solve your problem. Where we cannot solve a problem remotely we will attend in person, typically within two hours of your call, but never more than one half day.
Employees Working from Home
Over the COVID-19 period, many companies have had to rely on employees working from home, but there are three main difficulties:-
- Secure Data Sharing: safely providing access to the data employees need to get on with their work
- Your employee’s own PCs and Mobile Devices might not be in good enough order for efficient working
- Employee’s PCs and Mobile Devices may not have the level of security and anti-virus protection to keep your data safe
As part of our Maintenance Service, we provide Telephone Support for your employees, Remote Fixes for all PCs and Mobiles used for work and Security and Anti-virus software for all their equipment.

Exact prices vary, depending upon the number of workstations, printers and network components that you have, but here are some examples:-
- Single Self-employed person with 2 computers, 1 mobile device,1 printer/scanner and 1 network drive (NAS) …. £60 pcm
- Small organisation with 4 desktop workstations, 4 mobile devices, 2 laptops, 1 printer (or MFD), 1 NAS drive and support for home working …. £150 pcm
- Small organisation with up to 10 desktop workstations, 10 mobile devices, 6 laptops, 2 printers/scanners (or MFDs), 1 NAS drive and support for home working …. £350 pcm
